Sharing a practice with Emily is one of a kind. Her approach is highly individualized - unique to each person in class with as much or as little adjustment as desired. Truly the most memorable yoga experience in the most beautiful outdoor space.

Great class overlooking serene views of the mountain and gardens. Emily is knowledgeable and has a genuine spirit for the practice! We did a vinyasa flow where she provided very helpful feedback and adjustments. Hope to join again next time I am in the north shore, thank you!

Emily is a warm, connective, open-hearted yogi based on the North Shore of Oahu. Raised north of Boston, Massachusetts, she first came to yoga after college graduation for the fast paced flow and loud music of power vinyasa classes. She quickly found that asana and movement were gateways to being present and staying grounded. After practicing for years and feeling inspired to share the gifts of yoga with others, Emily completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2013 and began teaching public and private classes shortly after. In 2016, Emily became deeply interested in the practice of self-inquiry and personal development, and completed the Karma Yoga Leadership Intensive and Souluna Life Coaching Certification Program, led by Coby Kozlowski of Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. In 2018, Emily booked a one way ticket to Oahu to assist one of her teachers at Wanderlust Yoga and Music Festival and never looked back. Since living on island, Emily has continued to teach public and private yoga classes, and coach clients around the world. She embraces the lessons the island has to offer, and sees this part of her journey as significant to her growth and development as a healer and spiritual teacher. Emily is currently a student of The Sacred Path Healing School, under the direction of Ruey Ryburn.

Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”
